Clean, really nice rooms. At check-in I was told there were plenty of rooms if i wanted to stay longer. A few hohrs later I asked to extend my stay and was quoted a price 3 times higher than I paid originally. Then booked online for less, but apparently chose a different type of room. It was a hassle in what was otherwise an excellent stay. Wroclaw is a wonderful city and a great place to walk.

Me and my family have stayed here 4 times now. It’s cheap, extremely clean and in a great location. The staff are always super helpful and polite. We have not had breakfast here as we prefer to go out and get coffee and pretzels nearby. I would recommend d this hotel to any travellers

Great stay!
I had a great stay in this hotel! Friendly staff, clean and nice room, comfortable bed and what was most important for me - it was very very quiet all night! No noise at all even thought it’s in the city centre! I would definitely stay again:)

Pleasant Stay
Location was good, lots of eateries nearby and close enough to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for the price paid and overall I would say the stay was pleasant, although I only stayed a night.

Very nice hotel, in perfect location for the old town. The girls working over Christmas were all so friendly and helpful, thank you so much! Special mention to Eliza who put up with me late on Christmas night in the bar and managed to put a big smile on my face!

Clean, great location
Super location very close to start of the Christmas markets and historic centre. Clean, comfy rooms - small 24hr bar (nice, we tried this at 2am no problems). Building is freshly renovated/developed - also a gnome next to the entrance ;-) Definitely staying here again next time I visit

Very clean, well presented, modern hotel room. I was expecting a lower quality hotel due to the price I paid however I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the room! Cannot fault it at all. Perfect location, staff very helpful, easy to access, great hotel.

Great location. The most spotlessly clean rooms, the cleaners ought to be commended for such an amazing job. Our only real negative was our initial room stank of cigarette smoke, we thought it would dissipate, but the smell seemed to have seeped into the fabric of the room and all night long we could smell it. Thankfully reception moved our room the next day. Breakfast had a decent continental breakfast selection so overall, though it is a tad basic, for the money it's good value, easy for all public transport including the 106 bus from the airport and I'd stay again which is always a good sign.

Modern hotel with Great location
The hotel has a very good location. It is modern and clean overall but housekeeping staff should be more details oriented. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good but you should add croissants, cup cakes and bread should always be fresh. The coffee maker machine should be changed into a more modern one. Wifi signal is good but can be improved. The single room has a very small bed. The price they charge is good for the services you will get.

Great location, very clean, good size room, comfy bed, good shower. No sound insulation, room on same level as bar and reception so very loud. Noise caused mostly by staff on front desk who had just come back from there Christmas party. We had to move rooms at 23.30 because of the noise.

The hotel was very well located in a pedestrianised zone, everything was within walking distance. The room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at reception were really helpful and nice and they offered a luggage storage service. There were a few drawbacks for me though , firstly the room was far too warm too sleep ... it felt like a sauna !! There was air conditioning which did work but when turned on the noise made it impossible to sleep , and there was this awful stench coming from the unit itself.I stayed for three nights , the room was cleaned once. Lastly the hotel had a more clinical feel to me and it's situated over three floors so thus you did not have to pass by the reception or bar at any time .... I had breakfast one morning there but not much of an atmosphere.

The room was oke. The climate system did not work, it was constantly 23 degrees. Therefore I had to open the window, but because of that I could hear all the noise from the street. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was oke. The biggest plus is the location.

Sehr zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer in gutem Zustand und einwandfrei sauber. Keine Zufahrt zum Hotel mit dem Auto möglich, man muss kurz in einer Parkverbotszone halten zum Ausladen. Günstiges Parkhaus aber fußläufig zu erreichen, wird vom Personal empfohlen. Insgesamt gut zu empfehlen.
