"Checkin was quick and the staff member was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and covers.
AC worked great and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a bit better than the usual hotel fare with fresh bacon and scrambled eggs. The pool and hot tub were refreshing after a long day of driving.
We have stayed there previously and it was just as we remembered which is a good thing."
"We have stayed 3 times now, as the hotel is great for our needs. It's clean, has a pool, hot tub, abd a basic breakfast to send us on our way. If youre looking for high end then you will probably find faults, but if you need a clean, quiet, inexpensive place to rest and relax, with meal to get you headed out, then we highly recommend this place. Breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, waffles, coffee. New mattresses were being placed the first week of Nay, 2026. We had a king suite that was very comfortable, huge amount of room, frig and mic, huge shower, table and chairs, and a comfy overstuffed chair and basic. Only complaint is no electric doors to help getting suitcases through doors, but very few hotels do."
"Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished.
The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes, you had to listen for it, but I live in the country, so these sounds can be annoying."
"We had stayed here before about 4-6 years ago and now I remember why we had not stayed there again. My biggest complaint is the noise of the room. Between a fan in the bathroom that would not shut off to the air unit that was either keeping the room as an ice box or sweat box with no happy medium on a 74 degree day. The night light shines on the sleeper closest to the bathroom, which was me. There were multiple stains on the linens that my wife kept pointing out to me. But they were not dirty, just stained. The shower pressure was also well below par. In their defense, there was a water shut down planned for the day we were leaving so maybe they were addressing that. And I assumed breakfast went to 10 and I got down there at 9:32 and it just closed at 9:30. Not their fault but a bummer just the same. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great for on/off freeway access as well as having numerous amenities within walking distance from this hotel. Not my worst hotel stay ever but probably not going to be back. "
"1 Million/10From the moment we stepped onto the property we had an absolute magical time. I have two special needs adult children, and travel is very hard. The peace, tranquility, luxury, and self-contained nature of this property made this vacation one of the best of me and my children’s lives. The home itself is meticulously maintained. I have never stayed at a rental property that has put more thought, time and effort into making sure every possible need is catered to. You can tell how much the owners love this property and home and you feel wrapped up in that care while staying here. We do have some mobility issues – and I counted lol. From the deck down to the private beach is (in our steps) 75. And right there are the kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets! Walking 75 steps, and literally just putting them in the water – my kids enjoyed activities we had never been able to do before! The view! I had read another review here that says even the fabulous photos do not do the views and property justice and I absolutely agree. I lived in Australia for 5 years and have had opportunities to travel many beautiful places in the world. Coeur D’Alene is my favorite place on the planet, and this stay has been my favorite place in my favorite place. My family has been through some unimaginably difficult times the last few months. We have found healing during this stay. I feel so grateful we found this property and were able to reserve it. Do. Not. Hesitate."

10/10 Excellent
"An absolutely lovely and enchanting property that is walking distance from activities and shopping. The hot tub was the icing on the cake and made for relaxing evenings in the backyard. They had everything we needed and space to play in front. Will definitely keep this one for future visits"
