Absolutely loved how clean the room was. And there was everything provided that you would need during your stay. Really safe place too, with locked parking area. Balcony view was amazing. Overall, highly recommend

The property was in excellent condition. The suite was beautiful and well equipped. The location is fabulous right across the street from the Coeur d’Alene resort and walking everywhere to town. The only negative is that the pool area on the top floor was only able to be used for a $30 fee per person. Otherwise it was spectacular. I would definitely go again.

We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 CDA race and the location could not have been more perfect. We were very impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities in the room. Tricia at the front desk was so helpful, kind, and gracious. 100% recommend staying here, especially if you're participating in the race!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Coeur d’Alene, One Lakeside is hard to beat! The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the beach, parks, shops, and fantastic restaurants, so we rarely needed our car. Our suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, and felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This is a permanent resident/hotel property. It’s a nice location overlooking Coeur d’Alene lake. Within walking distance to restaurants and the downtown core, it may appeal to some.
