"Great location to explore Zaandam and surrounding area. Close to the train station but no noise. It was a great shame that the hotel was card only payment as this meant we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant and bar as we only wanted to use cash for our holiday purchases to control budgeting and use up euros we had from previous travels. Would suggest the hotel reconsiders this policy. The breakfast was great, loads of options and very tasty, The rooms were comfortable but would suggest a towel rail that isn’t inside the shower would have been a good idea to allow us to dry our bath towels as these were only changed every 3 days. Would also recommend a kettle be made available on request for guests who don’t drink coffee as water run through a coffee machine tastes awful! Lovely friendly staff who let us use the luggage room to store our bags on arrival and on departure."

"Location wasn't terribly convenient because we had to wrangle our luggage onto a city bus and then walk several blocks. A little pricey for the accommodations and products. Requested wakeup call never came."

"This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and modern. The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating. Our family of five stayed for two nights. We ate at the restaurant the first night and it was excellent; it seems to be very popular with the locals. The only downside I would say is that the hotel is not in a location close to the city centre. However, they do have a free shuttle service which we utilised. This hotel is great value for the price."

"This was stop from Canada to Africa It was great place to see stuff ( transportation) staff were great as we had to add an extra night, they made it happen The first night the fire alarm went off, but that is not EasyHotel fault and I was glad it worked!"

"Breakfast was basic, but great to have to start the day. Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Amenities were very close and the train was a short walk to visit near by cities. Room was clean and had AC. I would absolutely stay here again, it was far more enjoyable than my stay in Amsterdam and much more affordable!"
