The suites were very spacious and luxurious. The front desk staff were not very accommodating. We arrived early around noon and we checked in to request 2 rooms next each other.

Great location. Easy parking. Majority of staff were really friendly & helpful; sadly a couple we encountered on the morning of our check out were down right rude. Fantastic drinks served in the lounge, breakfast drinks selection good, breakfast food average.

The Venetian was absolutely incredible and the staff was awesome to interact with! The Prestige Club Lounge is a must if you stay here!

Every single staff member I encountered was helpful and courteous. My room was clean, spacious and inviting.

The property was very nice aesthetically. The casino and areas around the casino were very nice and photograph worthy. The valet area was convenient for transportation. The room was not very clean when we first arrived. The carpet had trash and other things on it. I had no idea how to operate the tv. No one told me that the ipad controlled everything. We had no turn down service the first night. The second night, some stain was on the comforter and we had to ask for a full service cleaning. The room was much better after the service and the turn down was performed. The staff was very professional and efficient when asking for service. The breakfast buffet was incredible. There was way more food than any one person could eat. Very delicious! The pool was very big and included an adults only area with a DJ and table games. It was a very nice area to hang out. Overall the hotel was great! I would stay there again. Only minor tweaks would make it better.
