"Beautiful holiday home right on the water. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and will no doubt stay again in the future! Facilities are excellent & everything is well thought out. Owner is very thoughtful which makes the stay very comfortable. Back deck a highlight and perfect for enjoying relaxed meals with family/friends. Location is the best with local pub across the road and main town centre a 5 minute drive away. Owner even supplies bike if you'd rather ride there! Just the best house for rest and relaxation! "

"My partner and I (early 60's) stayed in June, and had two friends come and stay for 2 of the 5 nights. The house is perfectly set up for two families with the bottom floor having 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunks, and one bedroom with a queen - downstairs is serviced by a good sized bathroom and separate toilet - there is also a good laundry on the ground floor, and a lounge area with a TV. Upstairs is another queen bedroom with ensuite, a large living / dining area and kitchen. The house is well furnished with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. Our only complaint would be that there is more bedding needed - the house is very cold in Winter, and with no floor coverings or heating (there is a wood stove, but we could not get it to work as the flue seemed blocked). The doonas were too thin to be effective. The mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen needs some love - simple things like a bread board and coffee plunger were missing, however there was more than enough crockery, mugs and wine glasses for a big crowd. I would advise that the internal stairs are quite steep. The house has a good vibe to it, and there is plenty of room / areas to hang out. While we were staying Energex were replacing some poiles and we lost power over 2 days. LJ Hooker were very accommodating, polite and responsive and we were happy with how the situation was resolved. All in all, a lovely beach house that just needs a bit of TLC."

"We have a holiday home that we rent out fully self contained also.This property in Potsville was exactly the same very clean, everything you need plus more. Plenty of room for us and the dog. Close to main shops, beach on the doorstep the dog could use also.Close to Byron and Gold coast for day trips out.Highly recommend the place to stay. Would stay again."
