Ocean Lookout

With incredible views over the popular Woolacombe Beach, Ocean Lookout is a luxury top-floor apartment perfectly located for a seaside getaway.



The top floor apartment is all on one level with free, private parking for one car and its own private terrace.



Stepping through the front door and into the hallway, it leads off to two bedrooms where linens and towels are provided. The first bedroom comprises a double while in the second there is a king-sized which can be split into two singles to provide flexibility for the sleeping arrangements. The modern bathroom has a fabulous walk-in shower.



The hallway then opens up in to a large, open-plan living area and the modern kitchen comes with all the appliances you need for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. During the day, the light pours in through the Velux windows and offers incredible views of the popular Woolacombe Beach which is only approximately one hundred meters walk away. Meanwhile in the evenings guests can sit and enjoy the famous Woolacombe sunsets while relaxing on the terrace, accessed from one of the bedrooms.



Woolacombe offers one of the finest beaches in Devon, if not the UK, with easy access right from the front door of Ocean Lookout. The beach has won numerous awards and the 3 mile stretch of golden sands is ideal for families wanting to build sandcastles or surfers wanting to enjoy some of the best conditions the country has to offer. The sheer length of the beach means it is possible to find quieter places in the surf even at the height of summer.



Lifeguards and the RNLI keep watch over the beach between April and September and October half term weeks. Dogs are welcome on the beach year-round with some minor restrictions it peak months.



Woolacombe itself is a lively town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of Ocean Lookout. The apartment is also ideally suited to those walking the South West Coast Path and much of the surrounding countryside is managed by the National Trust, so remains unspoilt.



A travel cot and highchair are provided. Guests will need to bring their own bedding for the infant in the travel cot.



Please note, bath towels are provided and are not to be removed from the property. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

We absolutely loved this apartment it was so central to town, the views were incredible. It has absolutely everything we wanted! Thank you so much! Only comment I would say is even though it is dog friendly the rules of dogs not being allowed in certain areas was a tad restricting!

Very cozy feel to the apartment, nice and warm which was appreciated in early February!

Easy 5 minutes walk to the beach, down the hill. Parking easy - allocated space but could be quite tight if all spots were full. Showerhead was a little low for my 6 foot partner, but water hot and pressure good (a bugbear of mine!)

Perfect loft apartment with stunning views of Woolacombe beach and morte point. As we walked into the open plan lounge on arrival the views just took our breath away.The apartment was full of natural light, bright and airy and well equipped appliances and furnishings, everything we needed for our stay. We had allocated parking. Tea and coffee and fresh milk was left for us, a nice gesture after our journey. Nothing not to like

Good position from town only 6-7 minute walk. Each apartment has its own parking space. Lovely apartment , bathroom nice and clean but a little small. Be careful in the shower if 6fttaller. Overall nice touches from owner , information guide to area , binoculars supplied were a pleasant surprise. Smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen. Wife was happy when she found the hairdryer 😂 Lovely quiet area. Very enjoyable week.

We absolutely love this place

This was our second visit to Ocean Lookout and we wanted to come back in 2022 but it's already booked x We love the location and the views are unbelievable x The beds are the comfiest ever and the living areas are cosy. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property x Make it available for October half term next year x lol x

A lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped, and exactly as shown in the website. Even supply tablets for the dishwasher. Super location, easy to get to beach, shopswalking. Lovely views, though you do have to stand to see out of the velux windows. Highly recommended.

What a lovely apartment in the most scenic village. All the amenities you could ask for, cozy and felt like a home away from home. Only downside was no access to letter box and no response from owner on this.

A lovely apartment. Clean, warm and plenty of space. The views are simply stunning and the close proximity to the town is perfect if you want to just park up and leave the car for your stay. Even with the restrictions we enjoyed coffee and cake out and a Sunday roast, plenty of walks on the beech and a bit of down time in front of the telly. The Team as responsible and helpful. A great 4 night stay.

We had a great stay at this fantastic apartment. It is exceptionally placed to enjoy wonderful Woolacombe beach. Barricane and Combesgate beaches are also right on your doorstop and great for shell collecting! The apartment has amazing views and we enjoyed a couple of incredible sunsets. It’s well equipped for self catering and the bed sheets and towels are of a very high standard. We’ll be coming back!
