"When I went to check in, there was a gentleman there who wanted to stay there paying cash they asked him to put a deposit down and he was so obnoxious, rude, and I would say very demanding and not respectful to the woman whatsoever. The woman checking me in, was very courteous more patient than I would be, and did her job very well. She apologized profusely and she did not at all need to. I enjoyed my stay very much we live in a neighboring town and my husband was having surgery the next morning early so found it very convenient to stay in Fresno rather than wake up two hours early to drive up 45 minutes.. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.."

"This place was infested with homeless after our concert we arrived to the hotel around 10 pm. Approximately 11:30pm some homeless guy with a dog knocked on the door didn’t open the door or respond he began yelling if he can have some money for the vending machine. He ended up walking away. 30 minutes later he came back in the same clothes with another person in but with their face covered. Ended up calling the police but with issue we ended up just driving back home instead of staying. "
