"Clean, well maintained, sufficient on-site dining options and within close walking distance of several downtown local pubs and restaurants. Overall, this is a very nice hotel."
"A lovely property that looks brand new. Exceptionally clean inside, and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Host was pleasant. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and Splenda but no creamer. We opted to stop by Wawa on our way to the Equestrian Center for coffee and breakfast. We did no cooking or eating at the house so I can't speak to dishes, utensils, etc. There are train(s) nearby that some of our group heard during the nights, but they didn't disrupt our sleep. There is a pallet business across the side street but I don't know how noisy it is during the day. We were gone by 5:30 every morning and did not return until 8 to 10pm. We would suggest to the Host adding to the number of towels for each guest. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future. "
Bright and trendy, newly-renovated duplex in walkable Riverside
10/10 Excellent
"The host was very responsive. We had our needs provided, as far as, daily use of what we needed for the stay. Convenient to where we were going during our stay. "
"- The screens of the entrance door were torn.
- Some blades of the blind in the master bedroom on the ground floor were torn.
- There were some cooked sausage pieces on a plate in the oven.
- There was a piece of cloth in the washer.
- There were no spoons.
- There was only a small pot with a lid, which is not enough for multiple people.
- The keurig pot was not working. Maybe we couldn't find out how to turn it on.
- The lower bunk bed blanket was giving off a weird smell.
- The garbage cans outside were completely full.
- No dishwasher. This is my first time staying at a rental without a dishwasher.
- I wonder if you count the kitchen utensils frequently. If you haven't for a while, the current stock doesn't seem to be enough for 5 people.
- No shampoo in the bathroom. I saw one body wash bottle.
- There was a lot of animal fur on the cloth sofa.
Overall, the property needs better cleaning and care."
