"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"Lovely flat with off-street parking, nice quiet location. Very comfortable, nicely rennovated. Some dissappointments: had to buy laundry soap for clothes washer (no dishwasher soap either, though we did not use), nifty Longhi coffee maker had no extra pods and used one was in the machine as well as water (kettle also had water in it, very unhygienic), used box of covid tests sitting on top of cabinets as well as someone's personal visor, rug under dining table torn (trip and fall hazard) as well...
