"Terrible. Dirty hotel. Has gone down over the years and bad. Every room smells, water park is subpar even with the millions of dollars they put into it. Should have kept the indoor pool the same and updated the hotel and rooms. Whoever owns this abomination should be ashamed. "

"We absolutely loved staying here. Our kids and family had a blast and we did not even need to leave the room much. It was comfortable and homey. Great communication and cleanliness overall. Would absolutely book this again. "

"Did not receive check-in information. Sent a message to owner 2 hours prior to check in and did not get any response. Had to call VRBO (the number listed to call owner was actually VRBO). They were able to contact them to get the information. It was super frustrating. Plenty of space, beds were ok, but it was not very clean. Bags of garbage outside our door for the first day and night. No garbage cans in two of the bathrooms. Food/chips in pull out couch. No tissues inside the tissue holders. No soap for the dishwasher- container was empty. Could not get the jet tub to work- no water. No soap in bathrooms like other VRBOs we’ve been to. That’s ok, but just want to let others know. Overall, it had the space we needed. "

"There was no staff. Room was not very clean. Everything old and outdated. Extremely small TV hard to navigate channels. Not comfortable mattresses or pillows. Not one person on site of this huge condominium building, so no one to direct you to your room or concessions or restaurants or be any of assistance with any question that you may have on site. Overall disappointing experience. "

"Over-all the room was excellent, just a few things that were missing. The kitchen is very well stocked, i did have to wash a few things that were put away dirty. The unit didnt have a cutting board or peeler but other than that had everything we needed. While looking at other reviews guests had mentioned about the light shining in the master bedroom and no black out curtains, upon arrival there are now black out curtains but it doesnt make a differnce at all, the room is still bright like its the middle of the day. I did bring extra curtains and tape (like reviews said) to hang up to make it darker which helped! Responses from management took about 3 days so that is frustrating but other than that the room was great! "
