"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us...

"The front desk staff was excellent. The pool areas were nice and clean. Good location. The elevator was out of order on our last day so getting to our 3rd floor room was a little inconvenient but it happens. Not a big deal. Our room was spacious and clean. Really our only complaint would be the rock hard beds and pillows. They were very uncomfortable unfortunately. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"Most of the water park staff didn't seem to speak English and were so tuned in on the "routine" of counting and looking at the edges of the swim areas that they didn't seem to notice children that may have been struggling in the water. Bathroom tub drain was SUPER slow, room was just average for a "Family Suite", we had 3 and I can't imagine having 4 or more in a room that small."
