"The entire bottom half of the place was freezing the door going outside was open all night. I asked for room cleaning and towels they never cleaned or bought towels and I asked the front desk 2 times. Breakdast was late on monday i had to leave. The room above me was loud until 12am to 1am and I let the front dest know changed rooms because of it. Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years its gone way down hill. I did not enjoy my stay there and i always have before dont know thst ill ever stay there again."

"Very nice clean room. Staff friendly. Enjoyed that you weren’t bothered by staff , just place dirty linens in their special bag outside door and replaced with clean very quickly. Just wish it would have been closer to the actual beach "

"Nice warm pool, large (very) large room but no table?? There was multiple spaces for a table and we just had to put our stuff on the floor…. And eat our food on two stools. Balcony was super small but nice. Nice to have your own bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Don’t even get me started on the SHOWER … the design makes water get damn near everywhere and you have multiple towels on the floor …. also the rain shower head was installed incorrectly and was leaking/spraying everywhere. Despite noting we were there for a kids birthday and we came there for the pool, they put us in the farthest room possible. BUT they did get him a cupcake and a bottled lemonade. BREAKFAST was good but you shouldn’t put “buffet” in the breakfast description…. Biscuits and gravy, good sausages, and you can build it up good enough. They didn’t have trays for eating breakfast in your room so all I could get was a coffee for my self and the rest for my kid. When I asked Preston … if they have trays he said … “you’ll just have to use your hands” …. Okay… give me a piece of cardboard man… I’ll make it work I was not about to make that walk again. SAUNA water was shutoff and sauna was not heating up which is a large reason of why we booked there. Serious DUST collection in fans. The bathroom is literally just a toilet and no fan in there. Beware if your staying with a man… All in all for the over $300 for a Sunday - Monday night booking…. I’m really disappointed. "

"The checkin was totally unacceptable. The front desk woman said my room wasn't ready at 4pm, and that she would call me when it was. An hour later, and no call and I encountered the same unprofessional staff member who was unhelpful, argumentative, and couldn't care less about what was going on. I finally got a hold of the cleaning staff and they let me know my room was ready, after 1 hour and 20 minutes of wait time. Check in time at 520pm. Totally unacceptable. "

"I stayed in Room 24 with a bay view. Only a drive aisle separate the rooms in the 20's from the slope that led down to the bay shoreline. Plusses were easy combination lockbox self check-in, the view of the bay, mouth of the bay, and ocean, and a large fridge, slightly smaller than a standard fridge, but much larger than a dorm fridge. A minus was the very bouncy mattress and squeaky bed frame. If any one of a couple moves, the other feels an earthquake. My fiancé suffered back pain from sleeping on the mattress. Another was that the bathroom had no vent or vent fan, meaning that showering would fog the window, not any bathroom window (there's none) but the one window by the front door. Another was that though like most motels, there's no assigned parking stall, available parking is only available away from bay-facing rooms as a combination of on-street parking and parking in the center of the complex amid several buildings. With parking area pole signage having slightly different variations of the motel name, it was hard to tell what areas were motel parking and which were of other adjacent, private properties."

"Our room was clean, staff was pleasant. The view was great, bed was comfy. There is no a/c but if you open the slide door you get that fresh ocean breeze and hear the waves .Ceiling fans would be a good addition. The jetted tub was a plus. We would stay here again. "

"First there are many stairs. There is not an elevator. Otherwise the entire stay was wonderful. The indoor hot tub and heated pool were lovely after a long, cold beach walk. They have fire pits on the patio just outside of the pool area. They have a casino shuttle as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, nice varieties."
