"Finding parking was a little difficult due to road construction, but every other aspect of the stay was great. Check-in was quick, and the host was quick to respond to my needs. I would definitely stay again!"

"Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. Great location, nice neighborhood. Access to several surrounding stores and markets. Host was great with responding. I would actually stay here again. No complaints just a few suggestions "
"Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes). We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. We also noted there were three towels, 2 small, 1 large for 2 adults staying 12 nights. We asked for more, no response. Our first trip for supplies included a plunger, toilet paper, wash cloths and towels. A fan to move air into the bedroom and bug spray was on the next trip. There are bugs killed by the dozens every day. Not roaches, but spiders and worms of some kind mostly. There are young children who live above this unit that sound like they are purposely pounding on the floor for hours at a time. The AC unit is in the living room with the one loveseat. The TV has to be on level 50 volume to hear it over the AC.The hot water takes 5-7 minutes of constant running hot only to get to the shower and kitchen sink. The unit is on ground level (never explained in the listing nor answered when asked of the host). The coffee pot was great. (pot or capsule)The refrigerator works well but has no ice maker and no ice trays. (We bought 1 of those too) The bed was adequate but bring your own pillows as they are small. There is no outdoor space for sitting. We will not stay here again. "
Glamorous Green Beauty in the Heart of University District 15min to Downtown
8/10 Good
"The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the home was pretty comfortable (it’s an older home, but well-kept). As the home is older, we had some plumbing issues but the host was prompt in calling a handyman to have the toilet fixed. It’s important to note that there is only 1 full bathroom in the home and 1 half-bath. Would have been helpful see that listed in the description, as we were 2 families sharing the home."
Gather Around the Mid-century Table at a Tranquil Haven

"The place was really charming and just right for our stay. The property management Co and host made the check-in process very easy and convenient. The neighborhood was rich is history and the home itself is part of its story. The beautiful Italian style Catholic school really made everything so beautiful and it was fascinating learning how the rental property once belonged to the sisters of the parish.
Cons: the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and the window did not appear operational. We didn’t want to try too hard to open it because they were original to the home (100 years old). Second, the window blinds in bedroom 1 don’t block any light and at 6:15 every morning the whole room was bright as day. I definitely recommend a sleep mask if light wakes you up. "
Super Cute & Sweet Home in Ferndale With 3 Bed 2Full Baths, Big TV, Bonus Room
2/10 Terrible
"The host double booked the property on another platform. And then tried to trick us to cancel the reservation so we wouldn’t get a refund. We called Vrbo who gave us a refund and a little bit of extra money, but it wasn’t enough to cover a new stay on the holiday weekend. This home should be removed from the Vrbo platform."
