"Our stay this weekend was really great! We booked this home for our wedding weekend and it worked so well. We had a lovely place to all get ready, take first look and family pictures and also have a small brunch the day after. The home was big enough for us to all have space to ourselves and also mingle. The kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor space is a great bonus! It is very quiet and private with beautiful scenery. There is a bit of a bee problem out front but the owner is aware and stopped by to address for us in the moment. "

"We had a great stay at Hillandale! It was a perfect spot for gathering family in town for our son’s wedding. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. There were lovely extras like snack baskets and fresh flowers in every room and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. A highlight was the beautiful outdoor space and setting. The house is an old farmhouse that has been added on to over the years which makes for long windy hallways upstairs and lots of hidden staircases. We loved it. Do note that you do have to walk through some bedrooms to get to other bedrooms and the sleeping porch which was fine for us but could impact privacy if that is important. Robert was super accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay there again! "
