The continental breakfast was basically oatmeal in granola bars. Not worth the extra pay for a "breakfast". Entering the room we noticed ants coming out of every faucet and wall sockets. possibly rodent poop sitting inside the fan vent. While air was blown over it. Pictures shown carpeting and we got hard flooring. Beds were very springy. The location is perfect, however, overall, it is not worth the price you pay.

It’s an affordable choice for your stay. Lots of great stuff surrounding the area like shopping and restaurants. I stayed during the week for under $100. The walls are a bit thin and the breakfast doesn’t have a lot to offer. There is a laundry area where you can do your own laundry And an indoor hot tub.

In room fireplace did not work, in room jetted tub did not work, the room itself is very outdated and poor/mismatch repairs, also smells like cigarettes due to the old carpet and wallpaper I assume.

I felt a bit cold even with the heater on. The blanket on the bed could be warmer. The breakfast was minimal, the bananas were green, only one yogurt in the fridge, no eggs or toast.

Check in was promising, very friendly, helpful staff. Room is full of cobwebs, there was an ant infestation by the door and it smells like old, stale cigarette smoke. Patches in the wall, hard beds. Can’t figure out what channels are available on the tv - we found maybe a dozen that we could watch out of the hundred or so listed. Road noise is bad. Positives: location is good for shopping purposes - Walmart is walking distance, outlets are close by. Pillows are soft.

The room was dirty(floors,walls)with what looked like blood and dirt. There was no trash can in the bathroom.The pool smelled heavily of chlorine that our eyes were burning ,mold/rust in the pool area ( along the wall and windows). The only thing offered for breakfast were yogurt, oatmeal and bananas . The only good thing about this place was the staff who were very kind. The reviews and pictures were very misleading.

We booked our room because we were told we got a hot breakfast included. We didn’t get a hot breakfast! A banana and a bowl of instant oatmeal isn’t much of a breakfast. Had we known we would have booked a different motel that does serve hot breakfast!

I was really impressed with the cleanliness. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Me and my daughters went to the outlets and because the weather we decided to stay instead of driving too late too tired. I immediately jumped on Expedia to find something in the area, booked a double queen non-smoking for 86 bucks and some tax. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with the cleanliness amenities and location right next to food, gas and coffee. Definitely worth the value.

We needed to stop our travel on the I-5 and find a place to stay during the ice storm. They were the only affordable vacancy and we were very thankful for that. Room was decent. We just needed a safe place to sleep and this was good enough. Beds were just ok, shower pressure ok, and cleanliness good. Close to the interstate, Wal-Mart, and fast food restaurants. There was a grab and go breakfast included which was just “ok” (granola bars, unripe green bananas, oatmeal packets, and yogurt).

I booked a 4 night stay with my grandchild. We checked out after only one night because of an emergency regarding our safety and a protective order. The hotel has not refunded my credit card the other 3 nights, even though I have sent an email and Expedia has also reached out to the hotel. This was an emergency and I should get a partial refund. I am very disappointed with them!
