Our room didnt have a smoke detector so we had to switch rooms for safety reasons. The place is very dirty.

I tried too buy a soda from the vending machines and itt did not work and took my money twice. When I mentioned to the front desk, they did not want to help.

Cockroaches. Hall smelled strongly of cigarettes. Remote broken, inner shower curtain missing, water backed up in tub. Checkout was difficult, clerk had trouble communicating & using computer.

Although the property was in my opinion convenient and in an affordable price range and they can not control the cliental that come to the establishment. I felt safe, and well respected. The staff especially the morning staff was gracious and very polite professionals. I will consider again in the area.

Having to ask to be put on a list to get room clean. Rude aggressive housekeeper who yelled at my son and me and said I complained about her not cleaning our room.
Same sausage links every morning. No variety to protein. Could we get a slice of ham? Maybe some bacon?

Hotel room was just dirty overall with blood in the sheets, power outlets not working, and the sink wasn’t really clean either. Staff was fine but when I needed a bandage no one at the front desk didn’t have a first aid kit.

Dirty room with torn furniture. There were some people that had a party right outside my room. Called the front desk, but it had little effect. Dirty place, and I couldn't sleep.
