"Lock on door didnt work, no coffee maker, breakfast was ? No beagles, juice machine down, cerial and bread was all i seen. While we were getting up some one knocked on door, a black man with dread locks and reg clothes "didnt look like an employee " asked if we were leaving ??????and no elevator! Who puts 80 year old people on 3rd floor with no elevator ????"
