I loved the fact that my room had a 2 door frig/freezer, a sink & a glass top 2burner stovetop plus a top of the line microwave. The towels were exceptionally clean and fluffy. The one thing that matters the most is that it was clean and DID NOT HAVE BEDBUGS! Thank you so much Budget Host keep up the amazing job you & your staff are doing! 👍

Clean room, comfortable bed. Door to exterior needs a new bottom sweep. Hard flooring throughout wood be easier to maintain and look nice. A quick coat of paint would look nice.

We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.

Basic motel for short stays

Don't get what was promised. Limited parking.strong pungent smells. Office was locked and had to ring bell to get in. Toilet moved. Cigarette burn on shower curtain. Broken lamp. TV service was fuzzy. Beds were broken in. No meals are provided so it was difficult. Within 2 blocks from a 24 hr gas station. Across the street from Sonic drive-in. Not family friendly. Stairs going up were rusted and broken.

This is hands down no joke THE most disgusting motel I have ever had the displeasure of setting foot in. Unfortunately as it was graduation weekend everything else was booked or I would have turned around and left. First of all, the place stinks so damn bad of stale cigarettes. There was hair and a hair tie in my daughters bedding. Cigarette burns on the sheet and I'm 98% certain I found a blood stain as we were leaving on my bedsheets. The chair to the desk was covered in disusting spots. The towels all had dingy brown spots, there were black smears on the walls... maybe eyeliner? The tub had burn marks and was peeling plus the shower was broken. The management live on site so you have to ring a doorbell to check in. One lady wasn't rude but none of them were what I would call nice. Avoid this place at all costs. It sounded like there were rats chewing through my AC all night. Calling this place unclean is a serious understatement.

Ok place for the price u pay

This hotel isn't that bad but they can use a nice cleaning and the guy who runs this place is very rude and if u bring company make sure he doesn't see them or if he does make sure he sees them leave or he tries to charge u extra
