What truly sets the experience apart is the hospitality! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Every single need, wish, whim, aspiration was catered to and exceeded. Any guests I had were also treated like royalty. If you want to stay somewhere that is unforgettable and unparalleled amongst the other 5 star hotels in Toronto, choose the Nobu. One note to guests is there is no pool/spa - but there is a very good 24 hour fitness room with above and beyond amenities. Everything was reasonable all things considered and the property does not nickel and dime you for basic things like bottled water and snacks which honestly was a refreshing change of pace in this modern world. This place has probably ruined all other hotels for me because they will be compared to my stay at The Nobu Toronto.
