"Excellent location for shopping and restaurants with short walk to Hongdae Street. Great city views from room and restaurant. Breakfast quite limited in food choices and had no individual egg preparation service. Biggest downside was closure of the pool and top floor bar area without any notice."

"It was a super clean room with extremely hospitable staff . They’re always paying attention to you and making sure you’re well taken care of and never ignored! I was impressed. The Vy bar has great vibes and wonderful bartenders that let us practice our Korean ordering with them! the room allows you to order any thing you can imagine that you’ve missed . Comfy slippers and robes, really comfortable pillows and duvet, and the black out curtains had not a millimeter crack of sunlight which helped me sleep like a baby! I was extremely comfortable during my stay, which initially I was so frustrated by since I was forced to stay one more night in Korea due to a flight delay, but the staff at Grand Hyatt turned the experience around for me and allowed me a peaceful last evening here. Airport shuttle was comfortable and had so many seats. it was difficult to find where to stand to get on the shuttle though , I had to ask 3 Korean locals at the airport"
