There was no extra email received to say that this book g was not at the motel itself so I had no idea when booking in
Had to ring help line and finally understood me and I received email and instructions we hot in
This took over 30 mins
Room was wonderful
Clean and inviting
There was a wedding next door that was so noisy and yelling etc until midnight
Next door upstairs dinning room leaves the lights on all night that are very bright into room even with blind down
View was great
Owners must be so disappointed that next door venue is so inconsiderate

Quite basic, small bathroom and areas needed an update ( location was good.
It wasn't a great welcome as we didn't know where to find the keys and it was different for the two places we rented. Maybe just send three emails instead of 14 we received from Stayz and Rental Specialists. This room had a few issues - the worst being the bedside lamp that would not turn off and kept flicking on and off the whole first night until I found the power point behind the bed. The sink plug would not stay in and the room had been flooded at some point and the skirting boards were rotten. The dead lock doesn't lock and there is no chain on the door. Then to even have to take any rubbish accumulated during the stay is a bit harsh at the price you charge. I had to bring it home in the car only a small amount but if I had wanted to stay in rental accommodation that is what I would have booked.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and stylish. The wedding on Saturday night kept us awake- due mostly to the noisy smokers standing outside and on top voice.
The location was fabulous but much else was very poor. The off-site managers (Holiday Rentals) needed 3 phone calls before they provided the unlock code for the key box, so we were left standing at the property. The coffee machine did not work. The left-hand bed lamp did not work and neither did the ceiling light above that part of the room. The basin sink plug did not work so shaving or washing up needed to be done under running water with no sink filling. But worst was the shower screen that needed fixing. We were provided with a roll of paper towel to clean up the water all over the floor. The air con did not work until we went out and bought batteries for the remote. However when the lift did not work the staff at Sebel helped us and called for service. All in all it was a very poor experience in terms of things working.

Could have been better
Window blind was faulty and had not been repaired properly.
Box cutter blade left on window sill.
No plug in wash hand basin. Press plug had been rendered un-usable.
Cutlery and crockery and toaster provided but no provision for washing stuff without a plug.
While online listing noted that there were no cooking facilities there would have been some merit in providing a microwave, particularly for clients staying over periods like Christmas and New Year when local eateries would be closed.

Absolutely fantastic
We stayed for the Kiama Jazz and Blues festival. Great location, beautifully furnished, very spacious and the view was great.
Lovely little touches, such as large bottles of hand cream and and hand wash to use. Very nice toiletries in the bathroom. Complimentary chocolates, wine and beer on arrival .

Good accommodation,bad management, swipe cards are not working,arrived xmas eve, no toilet paper, after a week clean towels would be nice,empty your own rubbish down stairs!!!
