While the entrance, a little run down and confusing, and lack of a lift (when lugging large suitcases) is a little off putting, the rooms are clean, bedding very comfortable and decor is modern. Great overnight stopover.

Small,but very clean and renovated room and bathroom. Since the rooms are on the same property as the pub, don't expect perfectly quiet nights: our stay was good,but it took a while to fall asleep because of people walking down the corridor and a bit of noise from the pub (nothing too bad though).

Rooms are upstairs and quite a walk from the car park. You're better off trying to get a park out the front and then moving your car. Our room was clean and comfortable but on the small side. There was only enough room to open the door beside the bed and, as it was hinged on the left as you go on, it was a Tetris game getting in and out with bags. The Bistro was closed so can't comment on the food however the staff at the bar and at check-in were very friendly and helpful. Whilst all this might sound a bit negative, once in the room we were comfortable and had a great nights sleep.
