The room smelled of faeces. We didn’t initially notice as the smell of cheap cleaning product was overwhelming to begin with, but later on it became very obvious. Seems like a fairly big deal to miss by the cleaners.

Loved how clean it was.. thank you, it was awesome coming back to clean towels daily clean bin, bed made and new soap… However a couple weeks of things It was a tight car park for new cars.. The Spa was wonderfully warm but needs a Handrail for easier entry and exit. Also need to re-open the restaurant and have breakfast available.
