Absolute waterfront beach house
Step into this stunning four-bedroom home with separate guesthouse and be mesmerised by the crystal-clear water views. This is absolute waterfront. Meander down the private steps from the deck into the transparent tidal waters and see nature at its best.
Please note: This property is not suitable for parties. Minnamurra is a quiet and tranquil village; you will enjoy unwinding and will delight in the silence across the water in the morning and evening. So please be quiet and respectful of the neighbours, who are mostly permanent residents. This house is not to be used to host parties or gatherings over 10 people. If you do hold a party here it will be shut down. Also no hen or stag groups please.
The Space:
Relax, unwind and let your stresses melt away. Allow your day to follow the rhythm of the tides. Take a walk on the sand, swim across to the ocean, or make use of the owner’s kayak. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod, SUP and surfboard!
There is a large living with stunning water views, and a gas fireplace for cosy nights, board games and a smart TV. There is also a dining table that seats 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There are lounge chairs on the upper deck and a BBQ with dining setting on the lower deck. With super fast WiFi and 3 dedicated work desks, you can bring the office away with you.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds.
Bedroom 4 - Bunk beds, ensuite, access to own balcony.

For your added comfort, the property has a reverse cycle A/C units in bedrooms 1 and 4. For those cooler months, there is a warm gas fireplace in the dining room. There is also a pool table and a trampoline.
Safety: Please note that the house is on the river’s edge and there is no fencing between the back garden and the water’s edge so this house may not be suitable for families with young children. Please also keep this in mind if you are bringing your dog along with you.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire property during your stay, except the garage. However there is a double carport available for guest use. This property also allows street parking.

The house is just a short three-minute walk from Minnamurra railway station for trains to Sydney and Kiama, so that you don't have to worry about the stress of driving
Looking for somewhere to get your morning coffee or brunch? Take a short stroll to the delightful Minnamurra General Store & Café which is just a few minutes walk.
The golf course is a 2 minute drive.
Looking for a day trip - visit the Kiama Blowhole, hike in the Minnamurra Rainforest or simply spend the afternoon at one of the local beaches. Looking for a great way to spend the day - walk the Kiama Coastal Path down to Kiama and get the train back.
