Decent room although a couple of small details - broken wardrobe door that did not slide smoothly and a stain on the curtain - were a slight negative. Staff all super nice and the location is great.

There was absolutely no staff
Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

No-one at reception to assist with check in, front door locked, Waited 30 mins before i called the hotel, previously tried calling the afterhours number with no answer. Staff turned up and we were checked in.
Room was tidy but needed more attention to corners particularly in the corners of the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible!
