Sauber, ordentlich,ruhig leider etwas abgelegen-aber zum Erholen super Leider wurden wir beim Abendessen vom Hauptgericht von 6x,3x enttäuscht Gute Produkte,die leider durch Geschmacklosigkeit, halbrohe Backkartoffeln oder Fleisch das so lange gebraten oder warmgehalten wurde,bis es Hart und trocken war. Schade,da wir mit Sante Royal Bad Langensalza, solche Erfahrungen nicht hatten

Die Zimmer waren sauber auch das Hotel war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Es war nur sehr voll, da ja Ostern sehr viele Gäste da waren.

Gästekarte / Schlüssekarte / Thermenchip

Zuviel Zettelwirtschaft im Hotel. Das machte mich ganz konfus. Es gibt eine Schlüsselkarte vom Hotel. Dann gibt es noch eine Gästekarte der Stadt Wolkenstein. Mit dieser Gästekarte bekommt man eine Zugangskarte zur Therme. Bürokratie pur - es sollte eine Karte genügen.

Doppelte Steuer bei der Tourismussteuer

Die Stadt Wolkenstein erhebt eine Tourismussteuer in Höhe von 2,00 Euro. Auf diese Steuer muß dann nochmals die MWSt. bezahlt werden. Das ist einmalig in Deutschland. Alle anderen Städte in der BRD erheben nur ein Tourismussteuer ohne MWSt.

Lækkert vandresort i flotte omgivelser

Venligt og imødekommende personale. Godt "vandresort" / Therme i smukke omgivelser både ude og inde. Lidt kaotisk ombygning af vejen udenfor med mange afspærringer gjorde det svært at finde ind til receptionen ved ankomst. Rent og pænt generelt over det hele, hotellet har dog nogle år på bagen, men er i fin stand. Svingende levering af varmt / koldt vand i badet på mit værelse... Ok Wifi og stort rummeligt værelse. Hotellet var MEGET populært blandt pensionister.

Frühstück ist sehr gut,große Auswahl. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.Minibar wäre wünschenswert und ein kleines Regal im Bad fehlt.Rauchen direkt vor dem Eingang des Hotels ist nicht optimal für die Gäste die ihr Zimmer genau darüber haben.Der Zigarettenqualm zieht in die Zimmer.

Zunächst das Positive: Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das war’s auch schon. Der Aufenthalt war Enttäuschung pur. Personal macht seinen Job – mehr auch nicht. Keinerlei Spaß und Freude. Abendessen war eine Katastrophe, da ist McDonald echt Feinkost. Frühstück haben wir dann abbestellt, da fahren wir lieber zu einem Bäcker. Denn eines wird hier besonders klar: Corona gibt es nicht. Kaum ein Gast respektiert den Abstand, fast niemand mit Maske, Restaurantleiter serviert ohne Maske, Restaurant war völlig überfüllt, wir saßen sogar im Gang zum Büffet zwischen Trennwand und 4er Tisch und jeder lief an uns vorbei ohne Maske und max10 cm Abstand. KEINE Empfehlung an Personen die Urlaub machen wollen. Kurzer Tip: kein Zimmer mit Balkon wählen. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage daher würde jeder Mensch, wie auch wir, bei diesen Temperaturen gerne Nachts lüften wollen aber das geht NICHT!, denn der Balkon geht über die gesamte Front des Hotels OHNE Sperrwände! Wer also Nachts keinen anderen Gast im Bett haben will, sollte ein Zimmer ohne Balkon wählen.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenhalt vom Anfang bis Ende der Reise. Das Personal war wie immer freundlich und sehr flink. Die Räume selber waren sauber. Leider gab es aufgrund der aktuellen Situation kein Buffet, das ist aber in diesen Zusammenhang i.O.

Kertakaikkiaan hyvä hotelli kaikin puolin. Palvelu toimi moitteettomasti myös päivällisellä vaikka väkeä oli paljon. Ruoka tosi hyvää!!! Huoliteltu ympäristö, jokapuolella siistiä. Toivottasti tulee tilaisuus tulla käymään uudelleen! Respan Bianca kruunasi kaiken - upea ihminen! hrrrrr...
