Honestly I’ve been staying here for 7 years because of where my company is when I come into town. The quality continues to decline, no fridges in rooms. Lingering cigarette smell. No restaurant on site. Overall disappointing

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Markt. Leider keine Speisen und die Bar war auch geschlossen. Das Ausweichrestaurant hatte leider keinen Kaffee und Kuchen und nur 2 Gerichte zur Auswahl. ( Silvester )

Schönes Hotel für ein paar Tage Erzgebirge - wir kommen gern wieder. Frühstück und Service waren hervorragend & ausreichend. Direkt auf dem Marktplatz gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Parken möglich, wenn verfügbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

einfach nur schlecht.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort.Haben im Nebengebäude geschlafen. Der Eingang ist nicht sehr einladend. Kein Putz an den Wänden usw.Es war auch eine Küche vorhanden mit Bratpfannen usw. Aber leider kein Herd!! Möbel aus den 90 zigern und im Mangelhaften Zustand. Der Gipfel dort ist das Frühstück.Ein 3 Meter langes buffet für über 50 Zimmer. Abgepackte Wurst und Käse vom Discounter. Und auch nur eine kleine Platte. 3 Äpfel auf einem Teller sonst kein Obst,nix1 Kaffeautomat für so viele Personen wo man Schlange stehen musste. Orangensaft war leider nur Wasser mit ein wenig Pulver, kann keiner trinken sowas. Wlan fuktionierte auch nicht. Sollte repariertwerden,wurde aber nicht. Der Fernseher war aus einem Wohnmobil . Das Bild blieb oft stehen und es waren nur wenige Sender verfügbar. Das Bad war ok. Wir haben 305 € bezahlt und dann so ein schlechter Service. Einmal und nie wieder. Und das Hotel soll 4 Sterne haben? Haben sie die gekauft??

Dienstreise nach Annaberg

Das Zimmer 003 war sehr groß und auch schön eingerichtet. Warum gibt es keine Verdunklungsvorhänge? Die Übergardinen sind aus einem sehr dünnen Stoff. Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis in Ordnung.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage und der Möglichkeit im Hause gut zu Essen. Das Essen, das Frühstück und das Zimmer selbst haben uns gut getan und wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

クリスマスマーケットに行くため、宿泊しました。クリスマスマーケットは目の前で立地は最高です。スタッフの方もドイツ語がわからないとわかると英語がわかるスタッフを連れてきてくれ、とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 駅からホテルまで歩きましたが、かなり急な上り坂で、しかも石畳のため大きなスーツケースだとかなり大変です。

Lustloses Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück. Am frühen Vormittag ab 5.00 Uhr werden die Seminarräume in der ersten Etage lautstark hergerichtet, an Schlaf ist in den gegenüberliegenden Zimmern dann nicht mehr zu denken!
