"hotel was beautiful and clean. reception was great with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order"

"Desk staff/manger very rude the room was not up to par when explaining the reason why we were departing early the response back from the manager was didyou call the front desk to address the issue. Which we were in the midsle of getting ready and did not have time to sit around dor thinga to get fixed. The manager did not offer to put us in another room. The out come was a charge for early departure and if we wanted to make a complaint to go ahead and for us to leave "

"This was by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. We left within an hour of checking in. We had 2 rooms and both were DIRTY! There was dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Kids pulled it from the wall and there was donuts, noodles and a marijuana pen back there. The bed smelled like urine as well as someone else drink in the fridge. In the other room both beds had dirty sheets and the tv stand had what looked like dried up ice cream (I hope) 😩 The walls were incredibly filthy like they have never been wiped down and possible mold. The guy at the front desk offered to come clean the rooms and said give him 10 minutes and he would be there. We waited 30 and no one still had not showed up so we checked out. We did not receive a call from the manager or anyone to even try and rectify. I have pictures of everything I mentioned above. "

"When I arrived, it took me four times up and down the elevator to get into a room because the door lock was broke then one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over another choice was the hot tub and the hot tub jets were not working, and it was barely lukewarm the towels for the pool where the size of a hand towel and then customer service upfront wanted to complain about everybody dripping from the pool to the elevators."
