The house is only 200 m from the beach on the dike

Our house is suitable for six people, with three bedrooms, living-dining room, with radio and TV, as well as WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The house is equipped with a guest toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
The washing machine is in the bathroom.
The house is equipped with a cot and high chairs.
Behind the house is the garden with a terrace, which can be shaded with an awning. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill invite you to cozy barbecues.
In the basement replacement room there are two bicycles that invite you to wonderful bike tours.
The house is in a quiet location right on the dike and marina. It is about 800 m to the spa house 'Cliner Quelle'. The 'Haus am Deich' is the ideal accommodation for your beach and spa vacation.
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel's leisure activities range from swimming, sailing and rowing to hiking in the extensive mudflats and sunbathing on the beach to horse riding and cycling in the scenic surroundings.

In the season from March 15 to October 31, we only rent the house on a weekly basis. H. from Saturday to Saturday.

Klasse Haus
Wir waren Anfang August hier und haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Fahrräder sehr gut und wir haben sie gern genutzt. Das Haus hat eine klasse Lage, zu Fuß zum Strand, mit dem Fahrrad in den Ort das war super. Alles in allem können wir es nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein Feriendomizil in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich, alles war vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Gemütlicher Urlaub mit einigen Möglichkeiten
Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet, an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Auf jeden Fall sympathisch und mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Danke dafür! Tipp für Urlaub mit Kleinkind: Besteck und Becher fürs Kind wären sinnvoll mitzunehmen. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, da kann das Kind dann schnell zum Nachbarn oder auf die Straße. Ein Drogeriemarkt ist etwas weiter entfernt, also am besten vorher schon eindecken. Wenn man gerne auf der Couch mit Kuscheldecke sitzt, wäre es auch sinnvoll, eine einzupacken. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel und man kommt mit dem Auto und auch dem Fahrrad an den Strand, nach Carolinensiel und zu anderen Zielen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit wirklich netter Unterkunft.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand und direkt bei einem Restaurant ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Vermietern und Hausverwaltung war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich gebe einen Abzug in der Bewertung, da aus der Anzeige nicht hervorging, dass es sich nicht um ein freistehendes Ferienhaus, sondern eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich es mit zwei kleinen, sehr lauten Kindern nicht gebucht. Auch war für eine Familie der Platz vor allem im Flur sehr beengt, kein Platz für Schuhe oder Taschen, geschweige denn ein Kinderwagen (den wir dann immer im Auto verstaut haben). Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Gebrek aan bergruimte en warmte
Er is GEEN bergruimte beneden om meegenomen spullen en boodschappen op te bergen. Daardoor werd het heel rommelig. De verwarming konden we niet bedienen. Ook niet na 2x contact met de eigenaar. Wordt blijkbaar op afstand begrensd.
