Bunya@Maleny Farm House

Bunya@Maleny is a country farm house on a 220 acre cattle property just 5 mins drive north from the shops, bars & restaurants of the Maleny township.


The house has four bedrooms which includes:

2 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Single beds,

2 bathrooms,

Full sized Billiards Table

Fireplace

The house has a fully equipped kitchen including gas cook-top, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a sheltered deck with BBQ and entertaining setting with views overlooking farmland to the Maleny township.


The house has a double garage and ample parking.


Guests are welcome to walk to Alcorn Creek which flows through the property and features numerous rock pools and large waterfall. The creek is private, secluded and exclusively for guests.


Pets allowed by prior approval.

For stays longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.


If you request an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate this within reason, dependent on bookings.


Please note electric fencing is used partially throughout the farm and house yard.


Following booking confirmation, directions to the residence will be emailed.


We live on the property a kilometre from the house should you have any queries during your stay.

Great escape from the City

Excellent surroundings with green rolling hills. Very tidy and comfortable rooms. Quality appliances like the coffee machine and the Barbecue. Went out for pleasant walks when the weather allowed. Full size Snooker table was a delight!Could do with an additional toilet.

Chill getaway

Housed 3 generations of family & all loved this place. Kids loved the property from first sight, especially the playground, cow paddocks, and large downstairs with plenty to do. Lovely deck to enjoy the sunset for those who wanted to a chill time out, and great kitchen/dining for all of us to chat around.

Great place and helpful host

This place is absolutely stunning. There was a slight issue while we were there and the owner came on a Friday night to help us sort the issue out. He was super lovely. Check in was super easy and instructions to find the house were also provided. A majority of our time was spent playing snooker and patting the cows. Will certainly be back.

Amazing property for all ages!

4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The property was nothing short of amazing. Very clean, lots of activities, the kids had a blast and adults too! We were in town for a wedding and it was very easy to navigate our way around from the property as well. Coffee machine was also a great hit, as well as the pool table 😊 Kids loved seeing the cows when they came up to the fence! Thank you for having us! Highly recommend to anyone

Ladies Annual Getaway

Love love love! Our group of six loved our getaway and the description listed on Stayz exceeded our expectations. The views, the coffee machine and who could not love giving the cattle a scratch through the fence. Cleanliness of the property was great. Nathan was so pleasant and easy to deal with. Country retreat

Such a beautiful property! Clean, spacious old farmhouse. Plenty of room for us all, with beautiful views in every direction. The creek was lovely although further away than expected and be prepared for a steep walk. The games cupboard was hugely stacked with a great variety, and everyone loved the cows coming up to the fence to say hello every morning. It was so peaceful and serene, we are already talking about when we should come back next year.

Spacious Home on Tranquil Farm Property

Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a three-night stay at this peaceful property. The house was as described, with everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The host communicated clearly and efficiently ahead of our stay, and everything was in order on our arrival, including a few extra thoughtful touches that added to the experience. It was way too wet to get down to the rockpools and waterfall (we did try) but lovely to see the surrounding pastures so green and lush. This was a very serene place to stay - would love to return one day! Thank you Nathan!

What’s not to love about this wonderful property? Spacious, immaculate and beautifully appointed home overlooking rolling green hills with cattle grazing peacefully. A lovely creek walk through the property. Commercial coffee machine, high quality wine, and snacks on arrival. Full size billiard table, huge tv, extensive games cupboard and lovely fireplace downstairs. Pet friendly! Host Nathan was excellent to deal with - available and responsive when needed and otherwise hands-off and leaves you to enjoy this fabulous place. Highly recommend and would love to come back
