  • House without joint ownership, bright in full foot ideally located in a quiet street. You will appreciate the terrace sheltered from the wind, the enclosed garden, the new fitted kitchen, the fireplace, simple decoration, many storage possibilities. Close to shops and the beach. TV and WIFI, private parking.

Geräumiges Haus fußnah zum Strand, zentral gelegen. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit vor allem in der Küche und Duschkabine durch Reinigungskraft ausbaufähig. Kommunikation mit Vermietern über Distanz , aber sehr nett und zuverlässig.

Wir haben knapp drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, gleichzeitig sind sowohl der Strand als auch der Ortskern schnell zu erreichen – ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge und Ausflüge.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten, der für unsere beiden Hunde Leo und Ruby perfekt war. Auch der vorhandene Grill hat uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind großzügig geschnitten, die Küche zudem gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet; das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Dusche ist recht eng und für Personen über 1,80 m etwas unbequem.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg unkompliziert und sehr freundlich – vielen Dank dafür!Wir würden das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, besonders für Hundebesitzer und alle, die einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub in schöner Umgebung suchen.

Tout était super. La localisation est impeccable. La maison est spacieuse et bien equipée. Le jardin plein sud est un atout incroyable pour la maison... nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse tous les jours. Une petite lampe dans la jardin aurait été un plus pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse en soirée.

Grosszügiges Raumangebot

Alles in allem waren wir mit unserer Unterkunft weitgehend zufrieden. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Stühle im Esszimmer könnten bequemer sein. Der Garten war für uns und unsere Hündin unbezahlbar. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig, das Bett bzw. die Matratze sowie die absolute Ruhe in der Nacht bescherten uns einen traumlosen, erholsamen Schlaf. Die Schwelle zwischen Terrasse und Esszimmer sowie die flachen Stufen innerhalb des Hauses sind für alte oder beeinträchtigte Gäste mit Vorsicht zu begehen. Gefehlt hat uns abends die Möglichkeit, deutsches Fernsehen zu empfangen, da unsere Französischkenntnisse mit den Jahren doch stark nachgelassen haben.

Ideal mit Hund

Wunderbare Gegend, ein Haus auf einewr Ebene, in dem alles funktioniert,mit kleinen Abstrichen gut ausgestattet (die Stühle am Eßtisch sehr wackelig und unbequem) alles wie auf den Fotos, nur ein vernünftiger Liegestuhl für die Terrasse ist scheinbar inzwischen abhanden gekommen. Alles war tiptop sauber, ausgenommen der Garten ( diverse Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter-Hundes...) In der Küche funktionierte alles prima, sogar ein kleines Geschenk für Gast und Hund wartete auf uns. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch in Ordnung. Alles im allem, ein Wohlefühlurlaub!

Tres grande maison idéalement située

On se sent vite très bien dans cette grande maison lumineuse dotée de beaucoup de rangements. Attention il y a plusieurs petites marches qui peuvent poser problème pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Deux petites choses qui mériteraient à notre sens d’être améliorées : Il n’y a aucun numéro sur la façade d’entrée et la photo ne figurant pas sur le site, on a eu un doute lors de notre arrivée pour savoir si c’était la bonne maison. Les matelas mériteraient d’être changés, c’est dommage de se réveiller avec un mal de dos dans un si bel endroit. On a beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la plage et le ce ntre du village. On a aussi beaucoup aimé les nombreux jeux de société. Merci. Côté visite,´on recommande la forteresse de Mimoyecques en visite guidée, c’est très intéressant.
