Wismars old town on foot!

  • Cozy apartment on the edge of the old town of Wismar located on the ground floor of a terraced house that was completely renovated in 2011. The second apartment in this house is rented out permanently. In the apartment you will find a spacious living and dining area, both areas are separated by the kitchen counter.
    If you do not have a credit card and / or the so-called If you want to save a service fee, you can also book this apartment on the portal ostseeklar, property no. 232670.
    The kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher invites you to experiment with culinary delights. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 160 cm). If desired, a travel cot can also be placed in the bedroom. Two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200 cm).
    In the full bath (daylight!) you will also find a washing machine. The apartment has a south-facing balcony and its own parking space. Satellite TV and WiFi complete the comfort.

Absolute Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind die Lage und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Altstadt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem ist die Wohnung gemütlich, praktisch geschnitten und hat einen Balkon. Die Idee mit der "Bücher- und Weinbörse" fanden wir sehr nett. Auch die Teelichter sind eine nette Geste. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und gleichzeitig am Rand und verkehrsgünstig. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und hat viele Tipps in einem Ordner und an einer Pinnwand. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert tip-top, die Küche ist geräumig und insgesamt ist es gemütlich. Ein bisschen WG-Feeling. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Fußminuten von der Altstadt und dem Hafen entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und reicht für 2 Personen völlig aus.

Toller Aufenthalt

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, unmittelbar am Rande der Altstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 Minuten am Hafen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und die Wohnung ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Die Fewo liegt am Rande der Wismarer Altstadt und ist für eine Städtereise perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu errechen. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab sehr freundlich. Neben bereits aufgebautem Kinderstuhl gabs sogar noch Tips fürs Wochenende. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder geeignet und es gibt sogar etwas Spielzeug.
