The Accommodation

Living area: A spacious oasis of comfort with a cosy couch (which converts into a full-size sleeper sofa), a comfortable armchair, and a smart TV (including Netflix) for relaxing film nights.

Bedroom: A quiet retreat with a high-quality bed for a perfect night’s sleep, a large closet, and a fully equipped desk—ideal if you need to work from home.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want. A Nespresso machine is ready for you to start your day off right. The large dining table has room for the whole family.

Roof Terrace: Your own private 30-square-meter oasis! Perfect for your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset.

Family-Friendly (Our LIVU Promise): We’ve thought of everything! For our younger guests, we provide games and art supplies. We also ensure maximum safety with a cot available, as well as permanently installed window guards and outlet covers.

Guest Access
You’re not just renting a room—you’re renting the entire apartment. You’ll have unrestricted and exclusive access to the entire 100 m² apartment as well as the private 30 m² rooftop terrace. There are no shared spaces.
Check-in is completely flexible and hassle-free via self-check-in (key box). This way, you can arrive completely stress-free and without feeling rushed.

Additional Important Information
Premium Cleaning: To guarantee you a perfect experience, the apartment is cleaned by our professional housekeeping team to the highest hygiene standards before each arrival.

House Rules: Since the apartment is located in a well-maintained building, parties, bachelor/hen nights, and loud events are strictly prohibited. We place great importance on being considerate of our neighbors.

Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only outside on the rooftop terrace with the door closed.

Workation: Thanks to the dedicated workspace and our high-speed Wi-Fi, the apartment is also ideal for longer stays that combine work and holiday.
