Very enjoyable

We stayed for a week in this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Right in town and close to amenities. Great facilities for families and singles alike to prepare food. Washing machine and dryer came in handy.

Leider konnten wir kurzfristig nicht anreisen. Trotzdem gebe ich eine Bewertung ab, da die Kommunikation und Information zur Anreise sehr korrekt und nett war. Zum Objekt selbst kann ich natürlich nichts sagen. Vielleicht klappt es später noch einmal.

Die Fewo ist genauso wie beschriebene. Tolle Lage! Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit zum Vermieter Armin ist hervorragend. Er ist sehr nett und höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen herzlichen Dank und mach weiter so Armin.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie war die Größe ideal. Besonders die zentrale Lage mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Wismar hat uns begeistert – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, der Check-In verlief völlig unkompliziert, und wir wurden sogar persönlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Parkplatz vom Besitzer war Gold wert! Denn die Parkplatzsituation in der Stadt ist sehr schwierig.Sehr zentral gelegen!Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Von Anfang bis Ende top! Wir konnten zu einer individuellen Zeit anreisen, wurden sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Whg. liegt super zentral und ist voll ausgestattet. Der Wagen konnte in die Garage gestellt werden.Es war genug Platz für 3 Erwachsene. Kann die Whg. Nur weiter empfehlen!

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung in Top Lage in Wismar , es ist alles vorhanden und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet - keine Standardwohnung.Wir wurden passend zu unserer individuellen Ankunftszeit in Empfang genommen u d in due Wohnung eingewiesen. Eine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage.Garage dabei, in der Wohnung nichts was wir vermisst haben und eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Armin.Der einzige kleine Wehrmutstopfen für uns waren die ungewohnten Innenstadtgeräusche in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen.

Sehr hübsche und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Von der Ferienwohnung aus, konnte man fußläufig die ganze Altstadt erkunden. Sehr gut gegessen haben wir uns uns die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt in Wismar.

Tolle Wohnung, ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen.-sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Vermieter war sehr pünktlich zur Wohnungsübergabe vor Ort und hat alles Wichtige gut erklärt. Ich komme gerne wieder zurück nach Wismar und beziehe gern wieder diese Wohnung.

Vier erholsame Tage zum Jahreswechsel

Zusammenfassend möchte ich sagen, dass die Wohnung unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Wir waren vier Erwachsene im Rentenalter bzw. kurz davor. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut - Unterstützung erhält man hier in jedem Fall.Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und die im Preis inbegriffene Garage. Es ist eine gepflegte Wohnung, deren Räume sich über 2 Etagen erstrecken. Der Wohnungseingang befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Völlig ausreichend, sofern man keine besonderen Wünsche hat. Man sollte bedenken, dass im kleineren Schlafraum eine Schlafcouch zu nutzen ist. Dies ist möglicher Weise nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir sind zurechtgekommen. Angenehm war die Ausstattung mit den zwei getrennten Toiletten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als angemessen.Die Altstatdt hat uns mit ihrer Größe, Sauberkeit und dem sehr guten Sanierungszustand positiv überrascht.Cafés und Restaurant sind zahlreich vorhanden und gut besucht. Wir waren froh, dass wir zum Abendessen einen Tisch bestellt hatten.Für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann ich Wismar uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
