"The staff are absolutely fantastic "

"Excellent value for money , can’t moan and would definitely stay again if needed too. Very basic but this is reflected in the price you pay Good location for the 12min walk."

"We stayed for an entire week and loved our stay. James and Amanda were very kind and helpfull and made a delicious fresh breakfast every day. The room was nice, clean and tidy. The location was perfect for visiting Eninbrugh while also visiting other cities by rental car, because we could park for free. Highly recommended!"

"The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness"
