They canceled our reservation 2 hours before checking on the busiest weekend in the Dells. they told us it was a third party issue and sorry for the inconvenience. We booked the room 5 months in advance.

It’s a great low cost place to stay down town. Great restaurants close by. If you want to stay at a 5 star place for 200 bucks. Have at it! This place is amazing!

Not the cleanest, needs updating and many things are not up to code (not safe) location is great if you want to be close to downtown, within walking distance to everything. I would not recommend and will not be back.

When we arrived we were told they were unaware of our reservation and they were leaving for the evening. They would not be available if we needed anything. The floors were filthy and there was stuff in the bathtub. I thought I forgot something in the room and called the next day and never received a call back. I also requested a receipt but never got one. When I tried to call about the list item and receipt no one answered and they never called back. The location is great but nothing else was!

Liked that it was close to the venue and downtown. The pictures online to the actual setting did not compare. Room at firat glance was clean but was not clean, no coffee cups or coffee in room.

Motel From Hell
Couldn’t even stay the night. Supposedly getting 1 night back, out of the 2 nights booked. No smoke alarm, portable heater, exposed ceiling, no tv. Can’t possibly be up to code. Corker was the live worm swimming in the toilet, left and booked a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!!

Unfortunate
The new owner is a very nice lady. She even offered me an upgrade for my room, as I was in town for business. Knowing that she's only had the property for 2 weeks, I took that into consideration. However the water in the tub / shower did not work at all. I could not shower before I went to my work event. I called the motel and left a voicemail with my phone number to call me to discuss, but did not hear back. I wish the new owner luck and her new endeavor. A call back would have been appropriate though.

Dirty and not organized.
They charged me two times for the room, then after I checked out they charged my card a 3rd time. On top of that there was no hot water, bed sheets had makeup on them, wall next to bed were dirty with dirt hand prints everywhere and the floors were so dirty I had to wear shoes or my feet would be black. Only good review I have is that Sarah the manager was extremely nice and friendly. Hope I get my refund back!

Motel was horrible wifi was horrible couldnt watch any tv while going asleep loud and noisy there. Holes in walls no extra towels floor was filthy window blinds were horrible took 10 mins to get hot water for showers tv was on the floor just horrible all around

Horrible.
The motel was very run down. The room was very basic. We couldnt get the TV to work and there was no one ever in the office to help. The fitted sheet on the bed did not fit. We booked a king bed and it was a full size. We barely fit. It was so disappointing. I would never go back. We would of left but the room was non-refundable.

Worst Ever
Worst stay ever. Very noisy. Wide gap around door so you heard everythig from outside. Up and down stairs, people talking, cars running etc. No security chain on door. Beds seem like hide away beds. Single matress and very uncomfortable. No carpet on floor. You could feel the sand on floor. No drawers for clothes or hangers. Internet so bad you get kicked out every five minutes or less. And the tv kept going out also. They had Roku which is internet. No list of tv channels or how to connect to tv. We left after one day. Only got a hour of sleep if lucky. Never again.

This place has changed hands a couple times over the years and the more we come back the worse it gets. We love the location and it was a nice place a few years ago but we are officially out of “one more chance” Booked a king bed, got basically a full size futon, water on the floor, and electricity was not working. We ended up talking to the front desk and after much back and forth the room situation was corrected. Other rooms in our group had similar issues, check in wasn’t very smooth, rooms not ready by 3, not getting room type they booked, cleanliness issues, etc

Reservation Cancelled with Short Notice
Was given 2 days notice (via text message) the reservation was being cancelled due to "plumbing issues." I had called and spoke with an employee at the front desk the same morning, who confirmed the reservation was booked and they were expecting me. I made this reservation to attend an out-of-town wedding, and it became very inconvenient (and expensive $$$; $248/1-night stay) to find last-minute lodging for a weekend in the Wisconsin Dells during its peak tourist season.

Office closed 9:00-we got here at 8:30 and it was closed. Curtains didn’t cover the windows so we had to use blankets. Had a holder for a hairdryer but no hairdryer. Very old & spartan. But you get what you pay for.

ALI WAS VERY GRACIOUS AND KIND BUT THE PROPERTY HAS CHANGED. THE COLOR IS BLACK VERSUS WHITE,THEY NO LONGER HAVE ICE MACHINES, THEY SAID ON THE WEB PASSES TO CHULA VISTA BUT THATS NOT TRUE. THEY NO LONGER DO THAT. TOO BAD THE NEW OWNERS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. HAVE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS, WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. DID NOT FEEL SECURE WITH THE HOTEL KEY CODE, THEY SEEM TO ALL BE THE SAME NUMBER.

This place needs a BIG hazmat sign on it. The room smelled horrible. They had a can of febreeze sitting on the microwave. Carpet was black with cigarette burns in it. Bathroom was discusting. Gave us 2 towels and no washclothes. Bedspred had pizza sauce on it. Our room only had sheer curtains in it. No blackout curtains at all. We asked to talk to the manager, but was not on site. The guy behind the counter had to call everytime someone had a compaint. Their add says free wi fi, which they never gave the password, and free passes to chula vista, which they didn't have either. We've stayed at alot of hotel/motels and by far, i have NEVER experienced anything like this place was. We asked for a refund, and would only give us half of our money back. The picture on their website is NOT what this place looks like! Stay away! Its REALLY bad! Would definitely not recommend!

The faucet in the bathroom needed to be tightened down - it wiggled all over. The pressure in the shower was quite weak. Finally on the the last day of our stay we kind of figured out how to work the lock on the door. The internet was practically unavailable much of the time. I guess you get what you pay for.
