What I loved about this property: -very clean -modern kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. -love that they left staples from previous guests. There was coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, sugar, etc. - easy access to shuttle -lots of restaurants within walking distance What I didn’t like: -no windows in the living area -no hot tub

Ridiculously convenient and well kep

Our stay at this property was excellent. Super convenient to all things in Winter Park, especially Wakin Bacon for breakfast each morning. We had no guide for the internet, cable, fireplace, etc. so that was a little bump in the road that we managed on our own. Our electronic door lock broke after one entry but the repairman was exceptionally helpful and got the repair done quickly. I sent an email once to the host and never heard back so I just called and got my answer. Overall-- would definitely recommend

Nice spot, but poor communication and instructions

Overall, it was a decent experience. The check-in instructions mentioned Wi-Fi info would be in the unit, but it was not. Tried contacting the management company twice to get the info, but calls went straight to voicemail and I never got a call back. Not a humongous deal since we weren’t on phones/laptops a lot anyway, but frustrating. The listing also made it sound like there’s a pool in the building, but there is not. Otherwise, the place was nice, and the shuttle ride to winter park was pretty easy.

Comfortable and Great Location in Winter Park

We were glad to find this vacation rental. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was walking distance to grocery and dining in Winter Park. The bus stop was convenient if you don't want to hassle with parking at Winter Park. It was a great stay!
