Featuring soaring ceilings, rich hardwood, and panoramic views of the Continental Divide, this four-bedroom retreat is built for effortless multi-family stays. The open-concept main level boasts a chef's kitchen with premium Bosch appliances, a dining area, a custom bunk room, and seamless access to the heated garage.
The crown jewel of the home is the private rooftop patio, complete with a bubbling hot tub, fire pits, and lounge seating for stargazing. You are just a three-minute walk to downtown Winter Park's dining and shops, minutes to local trails, and a short drive or shuttle ride to Winter Park Resort.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King suite and two Queen bedrooms on upper level, custom bunk room on main level. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Premium linens included.
Parking: Two-car attached garage. Two additional spaces in the driveway.
Location: In the center of downtown Winter Park, two miles to Winter Park Resort and just a short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and free shuttle service in Downtown Winter Park.
