This beautiful home is on a corner lot with views of the mountains right out your window. Enjoy the mountain feel while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back. This luxury mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

This house also offers high end amenities you would expect in a perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, with Xbox one, a gas fireplace, and games for everyone to enjoy!


Our home has 9 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 14 beds! We have 3 king suites, 2 queen suites, 2 king bedrooms with a shared bath, and a custom built in bunk bed area off of the game room with 3 sets of queen over queen bunk beds. The main level offers 2 king bedrooms suites. The upper level offers 2 queen suites. The lower level offers a bunk room that is open to the game room with 3 sets of custom built- in queen over queen bunk beds. The lower level also has 1 king suite, 2 king bedrooms with a shared bath, and an additional queen bedroom and shared bath.

Main Level:
Living: Enter through front door [entry way closet on your left] to see living room ahead, L shaped sectional that seats 7 with coffee table. Across from couch is ‘onn’ smart tv on mantel above wood fire place. Patio door from living room to one of three patios that has a round table, six chairs and an outdoor bench for seating.
Dining: large dining table to the right upon entry sits 10; Kitchen: open kitchen island, 5 stovetop gas burner, full kitchen with coffee maker, double panel sink, fridge air gallery oven/microwave, round table in corner of room that seats 7
Bedroom 1: Make a left upon entry and find king master bedroom, including leather couch seats 3 and spectre TV, ottoman, two side tables, two lamps. Attached master bathroom.
Bathroom 1: attached to king suite, a double vanity with full tub, stand up shower, toilet room, and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: across from the king suite on your left when walking down hall, is the queen bedroom with double door closet/ironing board. Door in queen attached to shared bathroom at the end of the hall.
Bathroom 2: shared at end of hall
Patio 2: doors from kitchen area lead out to a separate patio where gas powered grill and additional square table/8 chairs for seating is located.
Lower Level
Living/Game Room: U-shaped sectional that seats 7, electric fireplace across from and ‘onn’ Roku TV and X-box. Beyond the couch is a game room which includes a pool table, a foosball table, and a full bar with 7 bar stools for seating, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and sink.
Bedding: 3 full size bunk over bunks (6 full beds) built in to basement adjacent to living area
Bedroom 3: past the game room is another bedroom with full size bed, 2 side tables, Skeptre TV and a chest with cabinets + two drawers.
Patio 3: Doors in the basement by game room out to downstairs patio where hot tub is located
Linen: located downstairs past the bunks.
Bedroom 4: Down the hall in the basement on the other side of living room, King size bedroom on the left with 6 drawer dresser, 2 side tables, Skeptre TV with a full bathroom attached [but also shared access].
Bathroom 3: full bathroom attached to bedroom 4 and shared
Bedroom 5: located on the right when going down the hall, king size bedroom with Skeptre TV, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, 5 drawer dresser, full bathroom attached with stand up shower but no tub, and walk in closet.
Bathroom 4: full bathroom attached to king, stand up shower no tub.
Bedroom 6: continue down the hall on your left is another Queen bedroom, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, insignia TV, 6 drawer dresser/chest
Upper Level: Through the kitchen you’ll follow the stairs up to the loft area
Bathroom 5: located to your left at the top of the stairs, full bathroom but no tub, stand up shower – shared bathroom but also attached to queen bedroom
Bedroom 7: Queen bedroom located on your left, 6 drawer dresser, Skeptre TV, sliding mirror closet, 2 side tables
Bedroom 8: Queen bedroom, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, futon, Skeptre TV, 6 drawer dresser and attached full bathroom
Bathroom 6: attached to queen bedroom at end of upstairs hall
Bathroom 7: located by basement bar, stand up shower/single vanity.


All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. The house is also stocked with board games to enjoy a family night of fun.

High speed internet with WiFi connection of course is a must!

We have a large outdoor hot tub that is located on the lower back patio.

General Amenities: We provide bath towels as well as extra towels for the hot tub. We also provide a starting supply of necessities -toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. You may even have enough for your entire stay!

We have a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
