If you are looking for a newly renovated condominium that provides tranquility for your upcoming holiday, this unit is perfect for you. Located on the top floor and designed as an end unit, this position within the building guarantees a higher level of privacy from other residents nearby.
The property was completely renovated in the fall of 2022, showcasing new paint, flooring, and furnishings throughout. Furthermore, the kitchen has been entirely remodeled and dedicated high-speed internet is accessible.
The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling that enhances the influx of delightful Colorado sunlight, fostering a peaceful atmosphere ideal for enjoying the wood-burning fireplace or the flat-screen TV.
The dining area provides ample seating and is conveniently situated next to the renovated kitchen, which is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, a futon, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed along with a Twin bunk bed suitable for adults, and it also has a second full bathroom. For those traveling with young children, the living room offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
Building 19 is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, conveniently located just a brief walk from the Clubhouse. Additionally, there is a complimentary town shuttle stop directly in front of the building. Residents can take pleasure in the scenic views of the woods and ski resort from their backdoor.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great stay and nice place. We appreciated the comfy beds, comfy pillows, fans in each bedroom, and extra blankets available. The view was pretty, it was a quiet and peaceful place. The place was also very clean which was really nice!

Nice clean cozy space. Well furnished and with all the necessary amenities. In mid-September we seemed to be the only guests in our building and it was so peaceful and quiet. The adjacent walking trails and the indoor pool at the clubhouse were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Marvelous

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us and would have been just as comfortable with our other halves. The location was ideal for hitting the slopes at Winter Park; the bus stops in the parking lot of the condos, or it is just a short drive up the road to the resort or the many restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location unfortunately we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the cabin rental. But it was absolutely beautiful and it had all the amenities that we needed. I hope to stay there again next year and maybe for a couple of extra days, it definitely was a really awesome space.
