Didn't stay. Got here and sign on door saying permanent closed. Had to find somewhere else to stay at last minute. Good thing other family members had extra room and allowed us to stay with them.

Thanks Expedia, for letting me drive 120 miles to find out the hotel has been closed for 2 months. Missed JJ Grey concert. was not going to sleep in my car.

The whole experience a NO
This property had water damage to the base boards, broken bed frame, sheet rock damage on walls, door handles that look like anyone can pick through, and bugs. Ice machine broken but hotel workers put ice in zip loc bags. Who want someone playing over there ice with Covid19, meningitis outbreak, hepatitis A, and monkey pox going around. This property really need to go through and fix there rooms. People living inside the hotel rooms and smoking weed outside. Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. I made a video to show the damage.

This motel sucked couldn't have "guests" swim in pool if they wasn't a hotel guests. The AC in my room didn't provide cold air even after complaining about it they said there wasn't anything they could do. Half the outlets didn't work and almost all the lamps where missing light balbs. There where ants in room and found dead cockroach in the bed. Worst stay ever..

The price was great and the staff did decent job however my experience was challenging. The room I stayed in was 218 had mold around the tub with two holes. In addition to having holes in the tub, there was in the bathroom that came out at night.

Nice place in Winter Haven
It's a very nice hotel. It's obviously been around a while so it's a little shopworn in spots, but it's perfectly fine. The lady serving breakfast Sunday morning could have used some help but she handled things the best she could with a great attitude. Very clean and everyone I dealt with was very nice. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

I’ve stayed at pretty bad places but this place was a bit too far, the door didn’t lock and the security safety lock inside didn’t work either it was hanging on by a thread. Rooms poorly cleaned and the pillows don’t get me started they are so stiff I have had a neck ache for days. The only good thing is the water is so hot like hot hot. Like dangerously hot! There are people who lived here long term that was a bit weird too, like Apartment style….

So our door did not lock in room 410, or 209 both were very unsafe and sketchy. The door nobs we’re rusted out, and seemed very scary. The absolute worst part is this is like a long term housing option like there are people who live here and store boats, even, school busses, etc very strange

It was disappointing. Actually became quite aggravating at points Breakfast is not an option anymore as they had advertised, Also our room door would not close properly. Unfortunately it took four trips to the desk (2 day of check in and 2 the following morning), I talked to three different desk people to no avail. Eventually a woman from housekeeping noticed the door and finally got maintenance. This poor guy spent nearly 2&1/2 hours (with our door propped open while installing a new door lock. No one seemed interested in the fact that I couldn’t properly close or lock my room at any point. Very aggravating

Horrible experience
The first 4 rooms didn't have working door locks, we couldn't even get into the rooms with our tired children. People were using drugs on the balcony hallway area. TV didn't work. No pack and play crib for the baby. Manager allegedly only works 1 day a week. And no phone number to make contact with a manager. The woman at the front desk was rude and uncaring of our situation. Thr lady serving breakfast told me she had given me enough food (a small plate for each in our party). Didn't want to give me an extra biscuit for my 7 year old son, because he didn't like the one with gravy on it. The room was dirty, in disrepair, and several bugs were seen. Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

We checked in and left after ebtering the room and seeing the asbestos ceiling was caving in above the shower, the bedding was dirty and the room as a whole was falking apart and filthy.

Room was in bad shape old worn items in bathroom. No ironing board requested one it was in bad shape and torn. No hangers, had to ask at desk was told they were not supplied to quest. Finally, was lent 3 plastic ones. mirror appears it was never replaced food was limited and menu had no variety for none beef or port eaters. Never was able to eat there. Will not go there again.
