  • If you’re looking for a home with comfort and charm, this is the place for you! It has been renovated with the historic nature of the property in mind. There is an amazing amount of space for a big family or group of friends, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Luxurious furnishings and antique touches make you feel like you’re staying in an upscale hotel without the price- and with your own privacy. One of the best parts of this home is the location- walking-distance from downtown Winston Salem!

    This sparkling, clean house allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. There is a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, comfortable beds, laundry room with washer/dryer and detergent, and K-Cups to go with the Keurig.

    There is an abundance of space in this home so that everyone can spread out. You will find a stunning dining room that seats 8 comfortably. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom with a connected bathroom, as well as a half bathroom, downstairs. Each bedroom has a unique theme to add to its charm- like a whimsical bedroom with fairy lights strawn around the ceiling upstairs. Just off the upstairs master, there’s a large balcony with seating if you want to spend time outside. For those traveling with babies, we also provide a crib, changing table, baby bathtub and high chair for your convenience. You also have access to the yard.
    To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking, drugs and parties are not permitted.
