We added blackout curtains in every room in 2025, so mornings stay dark for as long as you want them to, and with 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and a smart TV in every room, everyone has what they need to relax or get things done.

This modern two-story home is 1,400 square feet with three bedrooms, a queen bed in each room, and a primary suite with his and hers sinks and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have 12-inch medium-firmness memory foam mattresses, matching comforters, and dressers, so if you're staying long term, you actually have somewhere to unpack. Smart TVs are in every bedroom and the living room, plus 500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the house. The kitchen is stocked for people who actually cook, pots, pans, and baking sheets, a full set of cooking utensils and knives, silverware, plates, bowls, and cups, plus serving spoons for when you're cooking for the whole group. Downstairs also has comfortable couches for gathering after a day out.

And you've landed in a genuinely central spot. You're minutes from a plethora of restaurants, everything from wood-fired pizza and locally sourced kitchens to wineries worth the short drive for a date night, plus cozy local coffee shops and bakeries scattered a few minutes in every direction, historic Old Salem and the gardens at Reynolda Village, and Novant Health and Hanes Mall both just over a mile away. Wake Forest University is a quick drive out for graduation weekends and game days. This isn't a house you're stuck in, it's a house that puts you right in the middle of everything worth doing.

Self check-in is simple and secure, and instructions will be sent before arrival. To unlock the door, press the black screen on the lock to wake it, enter your access code, and press the # key to confirm, or the code will not register. Your unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. There is a space in the driveway to park and a space in front of the house, feel free to use both if you need to, or park in the overflow parking at the beginning of the neighborhood. The goal here is to provide a self-served stay from check-in to check-out, and I am available virtually 24/7 via the messaging app should you need anything or have any concerns.
