Clearly a property that rents out to locals by the month. I get it, it’s probably way cheaper than paying rent. But those people make the Hotel seem a little ghetto. Now with that being said I am only a 2 times per year frequenter of this facility but have been so for the last 10 years. I have never had any issues with any of the patrons but I can say I have seen some entertaining encounters. I would and always will stay here cause it’s what I know and it’s cheap. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

Price was great. Older property, so you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable. Easy access location. Pizza Ranch coming soon, within a 100 yards. I recommend the Mexican place across the road.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, however management doesn’t feel that hot water is an important thing for a motel. 2 days there and there was NO HOT water in the shower. Unsatisfied to say the least. That is a bare minimum expectation when I reserved the room and it was not met.

Adrian, the concierge lied about the reservation. When we arrived there was no such reservation. Conner and Cole at the desk went out of their way to find us a room , moved in our luggage, and even got us a fan for our comfort. We had reserved a king bed, but ended up with two queens for over $20 more than the quoted price. I blame the concierge for lying, the staff and facilities were excellent.

We were exhausted and could not finish making our drive home from Idaho to WI. So we stopped last minute and got a room. Super affordable. Best beds and pillows. Our front desk person was most excellent— I believe his name was Brian.

Room smelled like dirty socks and the hallway smelled of marijuana. The shower in one room had some hair in the shower that was not one of our people’s hair color. When we checked in we waited over 10 minutes to be able to check in. There were no other customers in line, and the manager on duty was less than 10 feet away in his office. Also, the shower in room 124 had floor damage and it felt as if one of us was going to go right through the floor. Also, we brought a pet that was well behaved and I cleaned up after him every time he was outside for a bathroom break. I wish others would do the same. There were so many piles of dog feces on the grassy area’s that it was difficult to even walk him or take him outside for bathroom breaks.

Budget friendly with great customer service
I have stayed here twice now visiting my college student. Hotel is convenient to Winona, just on the outskirts of town. The heat did not work in our original room booked and we were upgraded immediately, the front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and attentive. You cannot beat it for the price.
