New entire basement apartment with comfortable beds, tv, wifi, fully furnished kitchenette with every cooking items, spices, herbs, microwave, blender, fridge + freezer, iron, hair dryer, disinfectant, first aid kit .... cook top, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee brewer, cutlery as well as basic cooking and serving utensils for your use. The rooms are with all the comfort of a home, queen beds that are warm and cozy for a perfect sleep. Fresh/clean towels are provided. It is location in the serene environment of the city with functional Transit bus system. Parking spot on driveway available and can as well park on the street.

Mini vacation

The basement apartment was very clean and in a very good location. She was very helpful when we needed something and we had a nice little vacation in Winnipeg.
Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2021
