"Muy cómodo y con muy buen servicio de todo el staff."

"The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right."

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

Everyone on property was very attentive to our needs, it felt very warmth and personalized. Specially Christian and alert. I would very much recommend this resort and will come back"

El lugar es muy acogedor, cómodo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del ambiente del Valle de Guadalupe. El servicio fue excelente, todo el staff fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitábamos. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea especial. Definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaríamos sin pensarlo."
