"I didn't see it explicitly stated that the bedroom and kitchen-bathroom areas are separated by a shaded porch. It may not be a big deal to some, but we stayed during 100F weather, so having to step out of the air-conditioned space was not ideal. Additionally, the kitchen-bathroom area is not air-conditioned, so it was like an oven in there while trying to cook meals. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very low. I rated the surrounding area as OK because it was really hot and dusty. It...

"House and room were cute, and main part of the house was decorated for the holidays. Walkable distance to the main Square and bike/walking path on same block to town. Excellent breakfast in the morning. It was nice to go to Healdsburg during the off-season And this was definitely a nice place to stay."

"The room could use new bed linens and pillows. They were very worn and the pillows were super flat. One chair in the room was not sufficient. More seating would be great. There was space for it. The staff was non-existent. I had to call the owner to check in. "
