"Quite clean room and remarkably quiet for its on-street location. The space is adequate and decor is nice and well-kept and we enjoyed the croissants and coffee for breakfast. The staff was very nice but did not go out of their way to explain additional information - like the rose wine HH we found out about after the fact. Restaurants and the square are a short walk away. It is a purpose-built property apparently and the owner seems to have overcome the urge to add in pools, lifts and gyms and spas etc. So it has a great authentic feel of a courtyard home. The rooms appear to be generally large and the bathrooms were sensibly designed for max comfort of two guests. The breakfast was similarly well designed around a few simple offerings and hot food added only at weekends. Because Paso Robles is such a foody destination I imagine most guests would have eaten...
