Room appeared fine and check in was easy. Room had an interesing smell on arrival. Sofa bed was broken and unable to be used, a lampshade was sideways when we arrived and the toilets wouldn't flush completely. Most of the nights we were there, there was a loud alarm/beeping near our room at all hours of the night.
The sofa bed being broken was extremely inconvenient as we were a group of 5 and would be utilizing it as an extra bed so I ended up having to sleep on just the couch. Amenities were fine, pool was fine but when we used it there were dirty towels everywhere around the chairs that hadn't been removed for a while.
At 8pm one night when returning to our room, the sprinklers around our building were on and we were physically unable to get to our room without getting wet.
Check out was easy since you could express checkout and leave the room keys, which was convenient since there wasn't anyone at the desk during our checkout time anyway.

"Average hot breakfast. Free coffee and popcorn in the lobby.. The only thing is the property is somewhat old and needs new update- carpets, wall paper and decor are old style. Close to UF., behind Drury Inn and Suites."
